ICRS opens registration for 1st International Rehabilitation Consensus Meeting dedicated to the rehabilitation of the knee following articular cartilage repair. The meeting will be taking place at the Schulthess Clinic, Zurich, Switzerland between June 29 – 30, 2007. Places are strictly limited. The 2nd bi-annual Cartilage Research Foundation meeting is being held in Boston, USA on April 27th and 28th, 2007. The course is designed to further educate the orthopedic surgeon on cartilage repair procedures. It will also assess the background factors for cartilage injury and how to address these prior to cartilage repair. The course will demonstrate the specialized surgical skills required, as well as the rehabilitation, clinical outcome assessments, and assessments by MRI imaging for cartilage repair procedures. The course provides an intense review of surgical techniques of experts from around the world as well as case studies.
